Our careful observation of present values and
design trends allows us to create
our own trends and to predict future cycles.

In other words, Trinity’s future development is built on the observation of past values and trends. In that way, we are able to identify trend cycles and to predict the mindset of a society at any time in the future. We then translate this into images and concepts that are easy to communicate. This is the first step in creating innovative products and services.

Interior design trend cycle

In this case, we analyzed interior design trends since 2000 and based our projections on the data collected. We observed the trends from an emotional and rational perspective, year after year, and found that there was a continuous cycle. We interpreted the cycle to predict that emotional expression – which characterizes interior design in 2014 – will reach its peak before switching to a more rational mode of expression. By 2020, interior design is expected to become more basic and rational. This approach sees design as an expression of people’s emotions. Furthermore, our analysis of the characteristics of each period in design enables us to provide more specific predictions for the future.
